Galisteo Basin Preserve, April 11, 2010

Sunday, April 11, was an absolutely glorious day to do anything outside, but especially to ride in the Galisteo Basin Preserve – FINALLY. We met at the Cowboy Shack trailhead and rode a little over six miles in three hours, encountering bicyclists and hikers. Everyone was very cordial on these multi-use trails which are in the planning stage of being expanded. This is a wonderful place to ride! Thank you to the three impromptu ride leaders – Eldon, Ray Brewer, and Jacquelyn Williams. And special thanks to Sarah Hebert who took these photographs and more.
